Rashes!
Ok. Who hasn't had rashes before? Some might have.
Ever had the really extensive and ugly ones? If your answer is 'yes', then you are ready to compete with my rashes.
I'm not boasting, show you my rashes...
(The pictures below are not meant for the weak-hearted. Should you experience discomfort, please shut down your PC, and seek a psychiatrist's help immediately.)

 Like a flower in bloom!

Since last year, I've been plagued by rashes that I used to get only during my childhood days. This past 2 years, it has been too frequently visiting me.
Rashes are the kind of illness that would torment you so much yet won't kill you. It's the worst feeling you'll ever get. The itch is unbearable.
I've had enough!!
I asked the doctor what could be the reason I'm getting these peskies. His answers ranged from food allergies, to air contamination, to stress release. ... Oh, how was I to know which is the culprit?!
I decided to start with the main and most likely culprit; FOOD.
Oh, I love food. One enjoyment of life is that you get to savour the wonderful variety of food whipped up by many talented hands. As for me, I'm a junk eater, hey, don't get that wrong, I'm not a junk-food eater, I meant I eat everything. Not like some people who don't eat vegetables, and only meat. :)
So that makes it all the more difficult.
The doctor told me there was an allergy test to do - the Alcad test.
A syringe of my blood was taken and sent to the lab for tests against all the food panels I choose. There were 3 panels to choose from. Each consisting of 30 over types of food. The cost? 1st panel is $199, 2 panels $299 and covering all 3 panels would be $399.
I took the last choice. What to do? Sometimes you must spend a bit a money to get things done. :(
After a few days, the report came back.

My banned list of food from now on will consist of:

I know, it's ridiculous. How can anyone be allergic to lettuce and oat and sesame??? I don't know why it as got to be me. But I'm gonna stick to it coz I paid a damn $400 in, ok! DON'T SHOW ME THESE FOOD FROM NOW ON.
